Please note any orders placed after 3pm Monday 23rd December will be despatched on Thursday 2nd January.
Flightstore will be closed from Wednesday 25th December - Wednesday 1st January and we will re-open Thursday January 2nd at 9am

Delivery Timescale
Flightstore will despatch your order the same working day, Monday To Friday excluding UK bank holidays if we receive your order before 3pm. If we cannot despatch your order within this time period we will contact you to inform you of the new despatch date. If this is not acceptable you can easily cancel your order.
Pre-orders will be dispatched in full once all the items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders can be split but this may incur additional costs.
Delivery Options
Flightstore use a variety of delivery services which you can select from at the checkout stage. From 1st Class mail to guaranteed working day deliveries through to international standard and express we can get your order to you in a fast and efficient way.
Summary
UK
Royal Mail offers a choice of tracked 1st Class or tracked 2nd class services which provide a tracking number. These do not have a guaranteed delivery dates.
Courier Services using Parcelforce / DPD : These are guaranteed services also with tracking numbers and are used typically when weights or package size is not suitable for the postal service.
International
Tracked Post - This is a normal postal service. It is tracked but is not guaranteed to arrive on a set time scale. It is the most cost effective service but is a lot slower than our courier options.
Courier: For a faster delivery we recommend our other services that are offered at checkout.
DPD EUROPE / PARCEL FORCE EUROPE This is a land based shipper offering a reasonable time frame for delivery depending on destination
FED-EX: is a our fastest guaranteed service offering air and land based services with included online tracking. It is much quicker than Post.
Loss or Damage
If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods.
Non Delivery Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.
