It does work but cuts sound from the intercom/ radio when your device makes sounds
"I purchased this for two reasons, firstly to hear Sky Demon audio prompts and secondly for longer trips to listen to some music in the cruise. My expectation was for this to be either a dumb mixer (both sources could be heard at all times) or radio priority (the sound from the device would cut if the radio keyed) However disappointingly its the wrong way round, the device attached to the 3.5mm jack takes priority so if SD chimes in mid ATC clearance you will requesting say again. Music totally cuts the radio, so that's a no go for my tunes in the cruise."
